Why we build the mind for life, not labor
Most humanoid programs are designed to replace workers on the factory floor. That is a real market, but it is not where we start.
Starting with life
Cereal's mind helps people across everyday life: watching the door, caring for pets, scanning for hazards, remembering where things are, keeping routines on track, and helping with physical tasks a body makes difficult.
The first beloved humanoids will be useful before they are fully autonomous. The path is presence, then perception, then supervised action, then compounding skills, and finally earned trust.
