The site mind · Homes

A robot for your home. A mind you can talk to.

Ask a question. Name a room. Ask the robot to come over or show you what it sees. Cole brings the conversation and software tools; the robot brings a physical presence. Cereal OS connects them through the permissions and memory of your home.

For people exploring a founding-home design partnership

What can a home robot do today?

Our current quadruped is a supervised test robot. You can speak with Cole by phone or chat, request supported movement, ask what the robot sees, and use an owner-approved private live view. It is a starting point for an assistant that knows your place, with more physical skills to earn through testing.

01 / A workflow to evaluate

Conversation that can go somewhere

Cole can talk, answer questions and use the connected tools available to your account, including calling and information services. A software request and a physical action have different requirements: a useful answer does not give the robot permission to move.

02 / A workflow to evaluate

A view when you ask for one

The real demo shows the owner requesting actions and opening a private view of the robot's camera. Seeing a room can help answer a specific question. Only the people the owner allows should receive viewing access, and the owner can end it.

03 / A workflow to evaluate

A home that becomes familiar

Named rooms, approved context and the record of requests belong with the site mind. The next step is to validate repeatable room checks and useful reports. Unattended home monitoring, reliable anomaly detection and automatic charging are not established by a short demo.

The first body, and the next ones

A job must fit its body.

Today · test robot

Four-legged robot

Conversation, observation and supported movement on our current quadruped. See the real demonstration; each new site still needs setup and validation.

Next · planned

Delivery & butler robots

Wheeled bodies for carrying items between approved locations. Specific models, payloads and integrations will be confirmed before deployment.

Then · planned

Humanoid upper body, wheeled base

Arms for reaching and handover, with a wheeled base for movement. Each manipulation task needs its own tested hardware and skill.

Site context is designed to outlast a robot. A new body still needs a supported integration, localization, permission review and validation of its skills. Our cross-body demonstration to date is in simulation.

Before a pilot

Make it fit the place.

Start small enough to learn what works. Expand only after the team and the site owner review the results.

A space to introduce it

Start with a small route, clear floors and someone nearby with the controller. Stairs, open edges, furniture, pets and children all affect what is suitable. A robot's movement needs an assessed space and active supervision.

Privacy for everyone at home

Agree what may be observed and who can see it, including other household members and visitors. Exclude private areas and decide recording and retention before use. A private live link is not consent to record every moment.

Time to be a design partner

Founding homes help test and shape the product. Expect setup with the team, supported tasks agreed in advance, internet access for the current Cole connection, and feedback about failures as well as useful moments.

Measure something useful

Agree what success means.

A pilot should answer a real question for you. Record the starting point, test the agreed workflow and review where it helped or needed intervention.

  • 01Requests that feel natural and produce a clear result
  • 02Useful observations without unwanted camera access

Questions before you join

The practical details.

Can it watch my home while I am away?

Remote observation is part of the direction, but a private live view does not establish unattended patrol. Today, agree any remote use and on-site supervision with the team. Do not rely on this early system as your sole home security, medical monitoring or emergency response service.

Can it pick up a cup, move a chair or clean?

The current quadruped has no manipulation arm. It cannot be promised those tasks. A delivery or butler body is planned next, followed by a humanoid upper body on a wheeled base; reaching, carrying and cleaning each require appropriate hardware and tested skills.

Is everything my robot sees stored?

Do not assume that a live view, a requested photo and an event record share one storage policy. We agree camera access, what is recorded, retention and deletion for the deployment. Household privacy must be part of setup, rather than left to an AI to infer.

Can I buy one now, and what does it cost?

You can join the founding-home list as a prospective design partner. It is an expression of interest, not a retail checkout or a guaranteed delivery date. The team confirms suitability, timing, pricing and support before any charge.
